Hi There! WeÕre Awesome, and thatÕs why you should choose FOCUS.
It’s me again…Jason. For those of you who don’t know me, I’m the guy from FOCUS Mortgage Solutions that composes all of the blogs and goofy rants. I know those who do know me have all been waiting with baited breath for me to come out with a new one…sorry it’s been so long, but the truth is, I have been EXTRAORDINARILY busy (…and i’ve been fishing a little).
Alas…wait no longer, today is your lucky day…a new, fresh, exciting blog!
I have to admit…I wasn’t even sure what I was going to blog about until the moment I sat down to write something…then it hit me.
“Hey dummy”, I said to myself, “…why not write about something people actually want to know about….like – Why should anyone choose FOCUS rather than the other guys?”
That’s a pretty bold topic…but as I am never one to shy away from such things – let me take a stab at it.
Simple answer, “We are Awesome!” I know, that’s pretty confident to be putting in a blog…but why not keep reading and see for yourself.
Firstly, as much as I hate to admit it, “We are just like everyone else”…but not entirely. See the table below for a quick glance.

A bit closer look:
1. We offer Great Mortgage Rates…just like everyone else.
2. We have access to a bunch of lenders with a bunch of products….just like everyone else.
3. We don’t charge for our services…and while there are a growing number of firms that do charge $$ these days…we have no interest in changing our methods – we will remain free!
4. We can be Mobile and meet you in your home…just like everyone else.
5. We act fast to get you your approval…just like everyone else.
6. We have a nice waiting room…not like everyone else – ours has a foose ball table, toys, and Netflix for the Kids!
7. We provide FREE Parking (some guys can’t say that…like those fella’s located downtown…sucks to be them I guess!)
8. We have freshly brewed [Gourmet] coffee and an assortment of other “beverage” choices…and they are all FREE.
Okay, so that’s how we are the same. It’s no secret…we all do pretty much the same thing. But the question looms, “Why should anyone choose FOCUS rather than the other guys?”
Well…I hate to sound like a cliché, but the truth is simple – we provide our customers with a unique and “excellent customer experience.”

That’s not saying we’re going to rub your feet or give you a back rub…no, that’s not it at all. BUT, we will make sure that the process, in it’s entirety, is one that you are part of and that you are involved in from the get go…ultimately one that you understand.
Furthermore, we do something else that’s different, we never stop working for our clients. While the other guys consider their job done when your mortgage funds and they get paid…we don’t think like that.
Our job doesn’t end just because we got our clients a mortgage; we are in it for as long as they need us. Our job doesn’t really end. We invite our clients to call on us whenever they need to and we pledge to be there to help as often as that might be.
Have you ever heard of the saying, “it is better to under promise and over deliver than to over promise and under deliver?”

Couldn’t have said better ourselves.
Anyone that is under promising simply isn’t confident in his or her ability.
We do what we say and we say what we do. No bones about it. We would rather remove all the mystery and just deliver what we promise – we don’t under promise or over promise anything!
And there is MORE! Hard to believe…I know right, but it’s true, keep reading!
Another reason to use FOCUS instead of the other guys, perhaps one of the biggest reasons, is because we don’t see our clients as pay cheques. Whether your mortgage is $40,000.00 or $400,000.00 – it’s all the same to us. We subscribe to the belief that “the job is the job – big or small – the job is the same.”
